Whoever answers at Taxi To Go 24 is the one who drives you. No dispatch centre passes your ride on. The same number works day and night, including weekends and public holidays. We drive in Lucerne and throughout Central Switzerland, to the station, to your hotel and to the airports. My name is Robin and I have been on the road in Lucerne for twelve years, first with transport and courier work. I know the city and Central Switzerland: the early morning runs to the station as well as the quiet streets at night. With passengers I mostly speak German or English, and Arabic, Persian or Kurdish when it helps.

## The car A white Tesla Model 3. You get into the same car every time. We keep it clean because we sit in it ourselves every day. ![White Tesla Model 3 of Taxi To Go 24 on the Lucerne quay, the Water Tower behind it](https://www.taxitogo24.ch/images/fahrzeug/tesla-front-w768.webp)![Rear seats of the Tesla Model 3 with a view of Lucerne](https://www.taxitogo24.ch/images/fahrzeug/tesla-innenraum-w768.webp) - ### Four seats Four passengers travel in comfort. The car has no more seats, so the group rate for five or more people never applies with us. - ### Electric and quiet The Tesla is electric and quiet enough inside for a phone call. - ### Luggage 2 pieces of hand luggage travel free, each further piece costs CHF 1.00. How much fits in the boot depends on the number of passengers: for larger luggage, please ask beforehand and we will confirm the space. - ### Child seat On request. Let us know in advance by phone or WhatsApp and we will arrange the right seat for the ride. - ### Dog Dogs come along by arrangement: please ask beforehand by phone or WhatsApp. We charge a dog like a further piece of luggage, CHF 1.00 each. - ### Payment in the car Cash, card or TWINT. You get a receipt for every ride. ## One taxi instead of a dispatch centre No call centre, no app, no account. One number, one car, one driver. - ### A direct line You call or write on WhatsApp and talk to the driver himself, not to an agent. - ### Confirmed in person We confirm every ride personally and note the pickup point, time and price. - ### Always the same car You get into the same white Tesla Model 3 every time, and the person at the wheel is the one who accepted your ride. ## Request a ride The fastest way is by phone or WhatsApp. For a ride in a few days, the form is enough.
