Common questions
How is waiting time charged?
Waiting time is charged at the hourly rate above. If your flight lands late we wait: give us your flight number and we see the new landing time. The first half hour is free. For airport and station pick-ups we agree in advance how long we wait, so there is no surprise.
How much luggage fits?
The Tesla Model 3 carries up to four passengers. How much luggage fits alongside depends on how many of you there are. For larger luggage in the boot, please ask beforehand and we will tell you honestly whether it fits.
Is a child seat available?
On request. Let us know beforehand by phone or WhatsApp and we will arrange the right seat for the ride.
