When you open a page, your browser sends technical details that are needed to deliver it. They are stored in the server logs of our hosting provider:

• IP address of the requesting device
• date and time of the request
• the page requested and the amount of data transferred
• browser type, version and operating system
• the referring page, if there is one

We use this data solely to operate the site, to keep it secure and to find faults. We do not combine it with other sources.

This website is served over HTTPS only. Whatever you type is encrypted on its way to our server.

When you send the request form, we store the details we need for the ride:

• name and phone number
• email address
• pick-up, destination, date, time, number of passengers and type of ride
• your note, if you write one
• the language you are using the site in, plus the date and time of the request

The request is stored in our database (Firestore) and sent to us as an email so that we can organise the ride. You receive an email confirming that it arrived. We use this data only to handle your request and for the ride itself, never for advertising.

As soon as we answer, you receive our decision – the confirmation or the decline – by email at the address you gave us. We keep the request until the date of the ride and for twelve months after it, so that we can answer questions about the ride; then we delete it.

The WhatsApp buttons on this website are ordinary links. Only when you tap one does WhatsApp open with a prepared message, and only when you send that message yourself is anything transmitted. WhatsApp Ireland Ltd., part of Meta, is responsible for transmitting and storing your message; their privacy terms apply. We see the message on our business phone and keep it for as long as we need it for the ride.

The request form is protected against automated submissions by Cloudflare Turnstile. Your browser sends technical details to Cloudflare Inc. so that it can check whether the request comes from a person. Turnstile sets no advertising cookies and builds no profile of you.

This website runs on Firebase Hosting, a service of Google Ireland Ltd. and Google LLC. The server function that receives your request and the database run in the europe-west6 region (Zurich, Switzerland); static files are delivered through Google's worldwide network. Technical data may therefore also be transferred to countries outside Switzerland and the EU, in particular the United States. We have a data processing agreement with Google.

Our emails are sent through a service of the same provider. The content of your request is processed there for the purpose of delivery.

We use Firebase Analytics (Google) to see which pages are visited. It only starts once you agree in the cookie banner. If you decline, or change your mind later, no analytics is loaded and any analytics already running is switched off.

What is collected includes the pages visited, an approximate location at region level, the device type and the browser. We use these numbers only in aggregate and do not try to identify individuals.

You can withdraw your consent at any time through the cookie settings in the footer.

In the request form we suggest addresses for the pick-up and the destination and work out the distance between them, so that you see the price before you send the request. We use the Places and Routes services of Google (Google Ireland Ltd. or Google LLC) for this.

The queries are made by our server, not by your browser. Google therefore receives neither your IP address nor a cookie from you. What is sent is the text you type into the pick-up and destination fields, and the two places you pick from the suggestion list.

If you pick no suggestion, nothing is sent to Google and no price appears. Google processes this data under its own privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy

Necessary cookies store your choice of language and your cookie decision. They are required to operate the website and cannot be switched off.

Analytics cookies are only set once you agree. You can delete or block cookies in your browser at any time; some functions of this website may then no longer work as intended.

On the home page we show reviews from our Google business profile. They are fetched regularly through the Google Places interface and cached on our own server, so your browser loads them from us rather than from Google. Only the reviewers' profile pictures are loaded directly from Google. The author name, text and rating come from Google, where they are published; we do not write them.

We do not pass your data to third parties, apart from the service providers named above who help us run the website and send emails, or where the law requires it. Your data is never sold.

We keep ride requests for as long as we need them for the ride and any follow-up questions, then delete them. Records that belong to our accounts are kept for the statutory ten years. Server logs are deleted automatically after a short time.

You have the right to know what data we process about you, and to have it corrected, deleted or handed over in a common format. You may object to processing and withdraw consent at any time. Write to info{'@'}taxitogo24.ch or call us; we answer once we have established who you are.

We do not use your contact details for advertising, and we expressly object to our own contact details being used for unsolicited advertising.

The rights to the content, images and files on this website belong to Taxi To Go 24 or to the rights holders named. Any use without written consent is not permitted.

We accept no liability for the correctness, accuracy, timeliness or completeness of the information on this website. The operators of linked websites are responsible for their content.

We adjust this policy when our website or the legal situation changes. The version that applies is the one shown on this page when you visit.
